I’m a mostly-stay-at-home-dad who retired from public safety and has just the right level of obsession to be good at making dull things sharp. I’m dedicated to keeping things useful for as long as possible rather than replacing them, especially when it comes to knives and tools. I’m also passionate about cooking and the value of a sharp kitchen knife can not be overstated.

Whether you spent hundreds on your knife block or got it from a garage sale I can make the blades perform as good or better than new. Kitchen knives, pocket knives, field knives, chisels, ice auger blades, filet knives, all accepted.

I use a belt sander style sharpener as well as manual sharpeners like angled sliding files and old fashioned stone. I will also hand polish your blades for the cleanest and sharpest edge I can get you.
